Q: Do I need to add pixels to my site?

NO! For the sole purpose of tracking conversions (the most important events), you do not need to do anything else. Install the app, do the configurations and everything will be handled for you from then on. 

However, It's still recommended that you add the pixels to take advantage of other things like retargeting. But to track conversions you don't have to do anything else besides install and setup Hello Conversions.

Q: I already have some tracking setup, what should I do?

If you already have tracking set up, ensure you're not over-counting events. A common example is having pixel code on a thank you page tracking purchases. When you install and set up Hello Conversions, we handle purchase conversion tracking for you. In this case, you should remove the existing pixel code that tracks conversions from the page.

Q: Why does my event say "processing..." on the logs page?

Sometimes we receive orders that remain in a "pending" state and never become "completed." After receiving an order, it enters a processing state for 10 minutes while we verify if the customer has completed payment. After this period, the order is either processed and sent to all destinations, or no further action is taken. This approach helps mitigate the risk of sending too many events to destinations without receiving payment.

Q: How accurate will my conversion tracking be?

Legally, we can't guarantee 100%... BUT 😉😉😉 ... we have systems that constantly check and compare our records with your CRM data. If there's ever a difference, we'll fix it.
